dc.description	Economic intelligence is one of the most important management systems because of its role in monitoring the environment and predicting future changes to achieve survival and goals, continuity and competitiveness, So it has a global model like the french and Japanese model, however Algerian institutions suffer from a great delay compared to global institutions in applying economic intelligence despite the state’s efforts in this field, there are still obstacles the most important of which is the absence of information systems.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يعد الذكاء الإقتصادي من أهم الأنظمة التسيرية لما له دور في مراقبة البيئة و التنبؤ بالتغيرت المستقبلية لتحقيق البقاء و الإستمرارية و القدرة على المنافسة لهذا أصبح له نموذج عالمي مثل النموذج الفرنسي و الياباني، و لكن المؤسسات الجزائرية تعاني من تأخر كبير مقارنة بالمؤسسات العالمية في تطبيق الذكاء الإقتصادي، رغم قيام الدولة بجهود معتبرة في هذا المجال تبقى هناك معيقات أهمها غياب أنظمة المعلومات.	en_US
