| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح استخدام منهج سيجما ستة في ترشيد اتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية في بنك التنمية المحلية، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، تم تصميم استبيان مكونة من جزئين، اعتمادا على النظري والدراسات السابقة، ، حيث يعتبر منهج سيجما ستة محور اهتمام جميع المتظمات بسبب الدور الذي يلعبه في الحد من الأخطاء و تقليل العيوب وهذا مايساعد متخذ القرار في ترشيد استثماره ومساعدة المنظمة في تلبية حاجات العملاء. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالاهتمام بمنهج سيجما ستة و استخدامه في البنوك لما له من أهمية كبيرة، وذلك من خلال تقليل الأخطاء وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة والتي تتناسب مع توقعات المستثمرين. |
| Description: | This study aimed to clarify the use of the Six Sigma approach in rationalizing investment decision-making in the Local Development Bank, and in order to achieve the objectives of this study, a two-part questionnaire was designed, based on the theory and previous studies. It plays in reducing errors and reducing defects, and this is what helps the decision-maker to rationalize his investment and help the organization meet customer needs. The study recommended paying attention to the Six Sigma approach and using it in banks because of its great importance, by reducing errors and improving the quality of services provided that are in line with the expectations of investors |
