| Résumé: | تعتبر إدارة الموارد البشرية من أهم المداخل الحديثة القائمة عليها المنظمات و تركز عليها سعيا للإرتقاء بأدائها، ذلك لإعتباره أهم مواردها، كما أصبح مفهوم الجودة الرؤية الجديدة للتميز وعنوان التألق الذي تسعى كل المنظمات لبلوغه وهذا ما جعل هناك علاقة تربطها مباشرة بإدارة الموارد البشرية، و عليه تهدف هذه الدراسة لإظهار أهم المداخل و المفاهيم التي تقوم عليها إدارة الموارد البشرية و كيفية تطبيق مخـتلف الممارسات المتعلقة بها وفق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة و كيف يمكن الربط بين هذين المدخلين، و عليه من خلال دراستنا توصلنا للنتيجة التالية: إن إدارة الجودة الشاملة تعتبر مدخل إدارمي متكامل وفعال يركز على تحسين وتطوير الأعمال من خلال الجودة إستنادا على ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية التي تعتبر الركيزة الأساسية في نجاحه من خلال الأدوار الحديثة التي أصبحت تلعبها. |
