| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ضبط مفهوم المعلومات العلمية والتقنية ودورها في تنمية الطالب الجامعي في تخصص علم المكتبات بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة ابن خلدون ب _تيارت _في . الأطوار الأربع ليسانس 2، ليسانس 3، ماستر 1 وماستر 2 _حيث قمنا بعرض مجموعة من التعريفات حول المعلومة العلمية والتقنية وابراز خصائصها وحاجة المستفيدين إليها والمعوقات التي تحول بين الطلبة والمعلومات ومدى التعرف على قدرات كل مستوى في التعامل مع المعلومات العلمية والتقنية والاستعدادات الشخصية للطلبة في الحصول على المعلومات، كما تبين أن لكل مستوى من الأطوار الأربع له قدرته الخاصة والمتباينة حسب درجة التمدرس والتمرس في بعض الأحيان وعدم كفاية المعلومات من جهة أخرى نظرا للكم الهائل للمعلومات ومدى التمييز في مصداقيتها، إذ أن لكل طور من الأطوار الأربع في تخصص علم المكتبات له مستوى معين في الحصول على المعلومات العلمية والتقنية والتعامل معها، كما أثبتت هذه الدراسة أنه كلما انتقل الطالب من سنة إلى أخرى يصبح أكثر استعدادا وأكثر دراية في التعامل مع المعلومات العلمية والتقنية وتوظيفها بطريقة علمية في شتى المجالات. |
| Description: | This study aims to control the concept of scientific and technical information and its role in the development of the university student in the specialization of library science at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Ibn Khaldun University in _ Tiaret _ in the four phases: Bachelor 2, Bachelor 3, Master 1 and Master 2. Where we presented a set of definitions about scientific and technical information, highlighting its characteristics, the beneficiaries' need for it, the obstacles that stand between students and information, and the extent to which each level's abilities in dealing with scientific and technical information are recognized and the students' personal preparations for obtaining information. His special ability, which varies according to the degree of education and experience in some cases, and the insufficiency of information on the other hand, due to the huge amount of information and the extent of discrimination in its credibility. Each of the four phases in the specialization of Library science has a certain level of access to and handling of scientific and technical information, and this study has shown that the more the student moves from year to year, he becomes more willing and knowledgeable in dealing with scientific and technical information and employing it in a scientific way in various fields. |
