| Résumé: | إذا نظرنا إلى أعماق مجتمعنا الذي نعيش فيه نجد أن أبعاده ومفاهيمه تغيرت فقد أصبح يسمى المجتمع الرقمي أو الافتراضي أو مجتمع المعلومات فأثرت الانترنت تأثيرا كبيرا على المكتبات الجامعية التي تعتبر الشريان الرئيسي والقلب النابض لمؤسسات التعليم العالي. لقد تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة إلى دور المكتبات الجامعية في تطوير البحث العلمي في ظل الانترنت ووصلنا إلى أن استخدام التكنولوجيا والانترنت في المكتبات الجامعية قد أصبح عاملا حيويا وضروريا لعملية البحث العلمي، وأرفقنا ذلك بدراسة ميدانية لموقعي مكتبتين جامعيتين تيارت، شلف لاستظهار ما تقدمانه من دعم للبحث العلمي وما توفره من مصادر معلومات. وتوصلنا إلى أن المكتبات لا تزال في مستوى لا يسمح لها بالاستجابة لمتطلبات النهضة والتكنولوجيا المعاصرة وتبين لنا كذاك أن استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والمواقع الالكترونية يستدعي ضرورة اعتماد إستراتيجية مناسبة داخل المكتبات دعما للبحث العلمي. |
| Description: | If we look into the depths of our society in which we live, we find that its dimensions and concepts have changed. It has become called the digital or virtual society or the digital society. The Internet has greatly affected university libraries, which are the main artery and the beating heart of higher education institutions. In this study, we have discussed the role of university libraries in developing scientific research in light of the Internet, and we have concluded that the use of technology and the Internet in university libraries )chlef end Tiaret ( has become a vital and necessary factor for the scientific research process. We concluded that libraries are still at a level that does not allow them to respond to the requirements of the renaissance and contemporary technology. We also found that the use of information technology and websites calls for the need to adopt an appropriate strategy within libraries in support of scientific research: |
