| dc.description | The world has witnessed development and progress in recent years and this is due to modern technology, as the latter has become necessary in various fields of practical and scientific life, which necessitated its introduction in institutions, whether economic, educational or cultural. To deliver information to the beneficiary in various ways. Our study was about the role of the information specialist in providing electronic services in the public reading library of Saad Dahlab in Tiaret. Through our study, we shed light on the role played by the information specialist in providing electronic services in the public library, and we chose as a model the main library for public reading in the Wilayat of Tiaret - Saad Dahlab - . Our goal through this study was to shed light on the changes that occurred in the services of public libraries after adopting modern technologies and to identify the most important electronic services provided by public libraries in order to achieve the desires and satisfaction of the beneficiaries, in addition to investigating the reality of information services in the Public Reading Library Saad Dahlab. And trying to realize the shortcomings you suffer from. We presented our study based on the descriptive analytical method in order to collect the necessary data to verify the validity of the hypotheses related to what was studied and to analyze the results reached that answer the problem at hand. | dc.description.abstract | لقد شهد العالم تطورا وتقدما في السنوات الأخيرة وهذا بفعل التكنولوجيا الحديثة، حيث أصبحت هذه الأخيرة ضرورية في شتى مجالات الحياة العملية والعلمية مما استدعى إدخالها في المؤسسات سواء الاقتصادية أو التعليمية أو الثقافية فمثال على هذه نذكر مكتبات المطالعة العمومية التي ترتكز على أخصائي المعلومات الذي يساهم ويسهر على إيصال المعلومة للمستفيد بمختلف الطرق . كانت دراستنا حول دور أخصائي المعلومات في تقديم الخدمات الالكترونية في المكتبة المطالعة العمومية لسعد دحلب بتيارت . ونحن من خلال دراستنا هذه سلطنا الضوء على الدور الذي يلعبه أخصائي المعلومات في تقديم خدمات إلكترونية في المكتبة العمومية واخترنا كنموذج المكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية بولاية تيارت سعد دحلب . حيث كان هدفنا من خلال دراستنا هذه تسليط الضوء على جملة التغييرات التي طرأت على خدمات المكتبات العامة بعد تبنيها التكنولوجيات الحديثة و الوقوف على أهم الخدمات الإلكترونية التي تقدمها المكتبات العمومية من أجل تحقيق رغبات ورضا المستفيدين ،إضافة للتحري عن واقع خدمات المعلومات بمكتبة المطالعة العمومية سعد دحلب و محاولة تدرك النقائص التي تعاني منها. وقدمنا دراستنا هذه إعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل جمع البيانات اللازمة للتأكد من صحة الفرضيات المتصلة بما هو مدروس و تحليل النتائج المتوصل إليها والتي تجيب عن الإشكالية المطروحة. وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى أن أخصائيي المعلومات العاملين ضمن هذه المكتبة على قدر جيد من حيث القدرات والمؤهلات، لكن هناك نقائص يعانون منها، فعليهم تعزيز التواصل مع المستفيدين وكذا تبني تكنولوجيات وتقنيات أحدث في هذه المكتبة وتفعيلها لصالح المستفيدين. | en_US |
