| dc.description | The emergence of what is know as technological developmnent has led to a change in many aspects of daily life in various fields,where dealing with it and keeping pace with this era is neccessary for the perpetuation of the life process in all fields,including information centers and libraried that are based on the information specialist mainly,which is a driving force inside the library to keep it resilient,and able to increase its effectiveness through its application of the knowledge managment process as is a link between the library it and the beneficiary in the transmission in direct ways,and this requires them to provide highly qualified human ressources that of contribute to the performance of the library message and achieving its goals. Where this study aims to know the role of the information specialist in the application of knowledge managment by knowing the information specialist's understanding of the concept of knowledge managment and knwoledge of the obstacles facing the information specialist in the application of knowledge managment In this study we relied on the description approuch,where we dealt in the theoretial side,with the information specialist and knowledge managment,and in the field study,the extent of the contribution of the information specialist in the central library of ibn khaldoun university, tiaret,sypporting and providing a strategy and continious trating on the developments of knowledge managment. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | إن ظهور ما يعرف بالتطور التكنولوجي أدى إلى تغيير العديد من جوانب الحياة اليومية في مختلف الميادين، حيث أصبح التعامل معه و مو اكبة هذا العصر أمر ضروري لدوام سيرورة الحياة في جميع المجالات من بينها مراكز المعلومات والمكتبات التي ترتكز على أخصائي المعلومات بصفة أساسية الذي يعد بمثابة قوة دافعة داخل المكتبة لبقائها صامدة و قادرة على زيادة فعاليتها من خلال تطبيقه لعملية إدارة المعرفة كونه حلقة وصل بين المكتبة و المستفيد في إيصال المعلومة و بثها بطرق مباشرة، وهذا ما يتطلب منها توفير موارد بشرية ذات كفاءة عالية تساهم في أداء رسالة المكتبة وتحقيق أهدافها. حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور أخصائي المعلومات في تطبيق إدارة المعرفة من خلال - مدى فهم أخصائي المعلومات لمفهوم إدارة المعرفة - معرفة العناصر الأساسية الواجب توفرها للتوجه نحو إدارة المعرفة - معرفة العراقيل التي تواجه أخصائي المعلومات في تطبيق إدارة المعرفة وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي حيث تطرقنا في الجانب النظري إلى أخصائي المعلومات وإدارة المعرفة وفي جانب الدراسة الميدانية قمنا بمدى مساهمة أخصائي المعلومات بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة ابن خلدون تيارت وقد اعتمدنا على المقابلة في جمع البيانات ونصت نتائج الدراسة على أن تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بالمكتبات يتطلب دعم و توفير إستراتيجية و تدريب مستمر حول مستجدات إدارة المعرفة. | en_US |
