dc.description	This study aims to apply the electronic management programs of the archive wherever it is. Our study focused on the interest of the archive of the municipality of Al- Sugar. Through this research, we got to know everything related to the archive, starting with the traditional archive, and all the processes that stand on it from classification, arrangement, sorting, exclusion, destruction and All the mechanisms and methods that manage the traditional archive through the electronic archive and its related programs, techniques, applications, mechanisms and electronic equipment, taking into account how to move from the traditional archive to the electronic archive, supported by the field study that stands on the application of the electronic program for the documentary management of the archive archidoc And this was through interviews with the owner of the application and the official of the interest, and through this experience, we were inspired by the extent to which the idea of digitization is accepted by the Ashvinites and the extent of their support for the idea of electronic archiving of their documentary balances, according to their own choice in the absence of correspondences that provide for the digitization of balances. In the end, the study stands on presenting some suggestions, solutions, ways and models that would contribute to the transition from the traditional archive to the electronic archive and improve the performance of archival services using modern technology.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف دراستنا الى الى تطبيق برامج التسيير الإلكتروني للارشيف اينما كان، وخصت دراستنا مصلحة أرشيف بلدية السوقر و تعرفنا من خلال هذا البحث على كل ما يخص الارشيف بدا بالأرشيف التقليدي و كل العمليات التي يقف عليها من تصنيف و ترتيب و فرز و اقصاء و اتلاف و كل الميكانيزمات و الطرق التي تسيير الأرشيف التقليدي مرورا بالأرشيفالإلكتروني و ما يخصه من برامج و تقنيات و تطبيقات و الاليات و تجهيزات الكترونية مع مراعات كيفية الانتقال من الأرشيف التقليدي الى الأرشيف الالكتروني ، مدعمين بذلك الدراسة الميدانية التي تقف على تطبيق البرنامج الالكتروني لتسيير الوثائقي للأرشيف archidoc وكان ذلك عبر مقابلات مع صاحب التطبيق و مسؤول المصلحة و من خلال هذه التجربة استوحينا مدى قبول فكرة الرقمنة لدى الأرشيفيين ومدى دعمهم لفكرة الأرشفة الإلكترونية لأرصدتهم الوثائقية وذلك حسب اختيارهم الخاص في ظل غياب المراسلات التي تدلي برقمنة الأرصدة. وفي الأخير تقف الدراسة على تقديم بعض الاقتراحات والحلول والسبل والنماذج التي من شانها المساهمة في الانتقال من الارشيف التقليدي الى الأرشيف الإلكتروني و تحسين أداء الخدمات الارشيفية باستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة.	en_US
