| dc.description | Digital repositories are considered one of the important means on which scientific institutions depend in the process of developing scientific research through the preservation, storage and retrieval of scientific content. It is also an important means and a key element for evaluating academic institutions based on the institution’s website. Source (digital repositories) Our field study was on the digital repository of El Oued Hama Lakhdar University, where we employed the interview as tools for collecting data based on the descriptive approach. The study included four chapters: an introductory chapter and two theoretical chapters, through which we tried to address all the topics that serve the study, then the fourth chapter or the field framework of the study, which in turn summarized (criteria for designing and building the university warehouse). Then it reached the most important results and recommendations: Digital repositories are necessary as they must be available in every academic institution to facilitate the research process and support the movement of free access to information and thus develop the academic scientific research process The warehouse should develop intellectual production and provide books and media inside the warehouse, and this is to raise and develop its level The study also recommended the necessity of the academic community’s quality by publishing within digital repositories and ensuring free access to intellectual production to support the movement of careful access on the one hand and the development of scientific research on the other hand. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر المستودعات الرقمية من الوسائل المهمة التي تعتمد عليها المؤسسات العلمية في عملية تطوير البحث العلمي من خلال حفظ وتخزين واسترجاع المحتوى العلمي بها كما أنها وسيلة مهمة وعنصر رئيسي لتقييم المؤسسات الأكاديمية انطلاقا من موقع الخاص بالمؤسسة، وقد ركزت هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعريف بالبحث العلمي وعلاقته بالبرامج المفتوحة المصدر(المستودعات الرقمية) وكانت دراستنا الميدانية على المستودع الرقمي لجامعة الواد حمى لخضر حيث وظفنا المقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات باعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي. اشتملت الدراسة على أربعة فصول:فصل تمهيدي وفصلين نظريين ، حاولنا من خلالهما التطرق لكل المواضيع التي تخدم الدراسة ، ثم الفصل الرابع أو الاطار الميداني للدراسة الذي لخص بدوره(معايير تصميم وبناء مستودع الجامعة). ثم التوصل إلى نتائج وتوصيات اهمها: -المستودعات الرقمية ضرورية إذ لابد أن تتوفر في كل مؤسسة أكاديمية لتسهيل عملية البحث ودعم حركة الوصول الحر للمعلومات وبالتالي تطوير عملية البحث العلمي الأكاديمي -على المستودع تنمية الانتاج الفكري وتوفير الكتب والوسائط داخل المستود وهذا للرفع من مستواه وتطويره -كماأوصت الدراسة على ضرورة نوعية المجتمع الأكاديمي بالنشر داخل المستودعات الرقمية والحرص على الإتاحة الحرة للإنتاج الفكري لدعم حركة الوصول الحرص جهة وتطوير البحث العلمي من جهة أخرى. | en_US |
