dc.description	This study dealt with digital information culture and its role in the educational process of university professors at Ibn Khaldoun University - Tiaret - where this study aims to introduce information culture as well as the concept of digital culture and to identify the extent of its contribution to the educational process. In dealing with this topic, we have relied on the descriptive and survey method and the use of the questionnaire as a tool for data collection and observation, and then reaching many results, the most important of which is that the university is in the primitive phase of transformation to the digital age, as it is still unable to provide the ingredients necessary for the development of faculty members in this era. It is digital, but it is taking preparatory steps for that, and the extensive use of information technology affects the development and promotion of the educational process. Finally, some suggestions were presented in order to improve educational performance and meet the needs of members of the educational staff.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولت هذه الدراسة الثقافة المعلوماتية الرقمية ودورها في العملية التعليمية لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين، بجامعة ابن خلدون-تيارت-حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالثقافة المعلوماتية وكذا مفهوم الثقافة الرقمية والتعرف على مدى مساهمتها في العملية التعليمية. وقد اعتمدنا في معالجة هذا الموضوع على المنهج الوصفي والمسحي والاستعانة بالاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والملاحظة ومن ثم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج، ومن أهمها ، أن الجامعة في الطور البدائي للتحول للعصر الرقمي فهي ما زالت غير قادرة عن توفير المقومات اللازمة لتنمية أعضاء هيئة التدريس في العصر الرقمي بصورة كلية ولكنها تتخذ خطوات تمهيدية لذلك كما أن الاستعمال المكثف لتكنولوجيا المعلومات يؤثر في تطوير وترقية العملية التعليمية، وفي الأخير تم تقديم بعض الاقتراحات من أجل تحسين الأداء التعليمي وتلبية حاجيات أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية	en_US
