| Résumé: | يعد نظام التسيير الإلكتروني للوثائق من التقنيات الحديثة التي تلعب دورا هاما في مختلف المؤسسات والإدارات، بحيث تسمح هذه التقنية بتسيير تدفق الوثائق بالمؤسسة بشكل منظم، فهو كنظام آلي لتصنيف الوثائق وتخزينها له أهمية كبيرة في ممارسة العمل الإداري وتسهيله، ووسيلة الإدارة المحلية في تحقيق أحسن الخدمات للمتعاملين معها، بأقل تكلفة وأسرع وقت ، وبأبسط السبل وبجودة عالية، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة الموسومة ب"التسيير الإلكتروني للوثائق في الإدارة المحلية الجزائرية-الجماعات المحلية لولاية تيارت انموذجا" حاولنا تسليط الضوء على أهمية ودور استخدام هذا النظام في الإدارة المحلية الجزائرية لولاية تيارت، فتوصلنا الى ان التسيير الغلكتروني للوثائق أصبح ضرورة حتمية لتحسين وترشيد الخدمة العمومية ، لمساهمته وبشكل كبير في توفير الجهد والتكلفة والوقت بالنسبة للإدارة والمواطن وتحسين مختلف خدمات الإدارة المحلية. |
| Description: | Through our study entitled "Electronic management of documents in the algerian administration", the local communistes of Tiaret as model, we tried to shed Light on the importance of using this system and the role it plays in increasing the efficiency of administration's work through it's dealing with citizens, institutions and compagnies in addition to identify the reality of it's application and the difficulties they meet on the field. We concluded that the electronic management of documents has become an imperative to improve the public service as it contribueted significantly to save effort, cost and time for both citizens and administration and improving various local administration services. |
