| Résumé: | جاء هذا البحث لتسليط الضوء على واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في التعليم العالي الجامعي عن بعد في ظل ظروف استثنائية فرضتها الحالة الوبائية نتيجة تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد ،في الجزائر بداية من شهر مارس 2020،مما استدعى تبني وزارة الصحة الجزائرية لمجموعة من الإجراءات تندرج ضمن تطبيق الحجر الصحي ،كانت من بين أهم قراراتها تعليق الدراسة بجميع الأطوار لإتمام الموسم الدراسي قامت وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي ، باعتماد نظام التعليم الجامعي عن بعد ، من خلال إدراج منصات على المواقع الرسمية للجامعات ، يتم الولوج إليها عبر الإنترنت من قبل الطلبة والأساتذة على السواء ، في هذا السياق قمنا بهذا البحث الميداني على عينة من الطلاب والأساتذة بجامعة ابن خلدون تيارت لتقييم مدى فعالية هاته التجربة وتحديد أهم معالمها والمعوقات التي رافقته ، وما حققته كبديل عن الطريقة التقليدية في التعليم وعن آفاقها من أجل تطوير مخرجات العملية في المستقبل. |
| Description: | This project research came to the reality highlight by using the information of the technology in university education under the exceptional circumstances which are imposed by the epidemiological situation as a result of the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus in Algeria in the beginning of March 2020 and which necessitated the adoption of a group of measures by the Algerian ministry of health that fell within the quarantine; one of her most important decisions was the suspension of all academic levels in order to complete the school year the ministry of higher education and scientific research adopted the distance education system through the inclusion of official website platforms of universities,that can be accessed via internet,by both of students and professors. In this context,we made this field research on a sample of students and professors of Ibn Khaldoun university in Tiaret, so that to access the effectiveness of this experience and identify its main features and the obstacles that escorted it, and what achieved it as a substitute for the traditional method in education about its prospects for the development of the process outputs in the future. |
