| Résumé: | تطرقنا في دراستنا هذه إدارة المخاطر في مؤسسات المعلومات والمكتبات العامة في ظل جائحة كورونا ،من خلال دراسة حقيقة تجسيد إدارة المخاطر و الأزمات في المكتبة العمومية سعد دحلب بتيارت ، تهدف للتعرف على استراتيجية تفعيل إدارة محكمة قادرة على مواجهة المخاطر والكوارث ك كوفيد- 19 في المكتبة العمومية ،ومدى إدراك ووعي الموظفين والمسؤولين بمفاهيم ادارة المخاطر و الأزمات وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى أهداف إدارة المخاطر والأزمات في المكتبة العمومية ،والكشف على النواحي المادية والبشرية وما تقوم عليه هذه المكتبة في محاولة التصدي للمخاطر والأزمات ، وللتعرف أثر على مدى إسهام الموظفين في التخطيط الاستراتيجي الفعال لتفادي المخاطر والكوارث ، بإتباع أساليب إدارة المخاطر والمتمثلة في التأمين كونه أداة لتعويض الخسائر ،وإشر كهم في محور عمليات تنفيذ الاجراءات الكفيلة لتحاشي الخطر والأزمة ،ومحاولة منعه ،ولقد اعتمدنا في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في كل من ، الملاحظة والمقابلة ،وقد اسفرت نتائج دراستنا هذه على أن نقص امكانيات المادية والبشرية التي تتوفر عليها هذه المكتبة تبقى غير كافية وليست مؤهلة للتعامل مع المخاطر والأزمات ،وعدم ادراك الموظفين للمعايير التي نصت على إدارة المخاطر في المكتبات ،بالاضافة الى غياب مصلحة خاصة بالكوارث تساهم في التقليل من الخسائر. |
| Description: | In this study, we discussed risk management in information institutions and public libraries in light of the Corona pandemic, by studying the reality of the embodiment of risk and crisis management in the public library Saad Dahlab, Tiaret, which aims to identify the strategy of activating a court administration capable of facing risks and disasters such as Covid-19. In the public library, and the extent to which employees and officials are aware of the concepts of risk and crisis management, by addressing the objectives of risk and crisis management in the public library, and the disclosure of the material and human aspects and what this library is based on in an attempt to address risks and crises, and to learn more about the extent to which employees contribute to Effective strategic planning to avoid risks and disasters, by following the risk management methods represented in insurance as a tool to compensate for losses, and to involve them in the process of implementing measures to avoid danger and crisis, and try to prevent it, and we have relied on the descriptive analytical approach. The data collection tools represented in, observation and interview, and the results of our study revealed that the lack of material and human capabilities available to this library remains insufficient and not qualified to deal with risks and crises, and employees’ lack of awareness of the standards that stipulate risk management in libraries, in addition The absence of a special interest in disasters contributes to reducing losses. |
