| Résumé: | هددفت الد راسة الحالية الى معرفةهل هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين مستوى القلق والاستقرار النفسي لدى عمال الصحة العمومية عند الانتقال من التكوين الى العمل لدى عينة الد راسة حسب متغيري الجنس بحيث تجرى هذه الد راسة بولاية تيارت سنة2022/2021 للمؤسسة الاستشفائية لمصحة العمومية . حيث اعتمدت على جملة من الاجراءات المنهجية اللازمة بانتهاجنا للمنهج الوصفي بعد تطبيق مقياسي القلق والاستقرارالنفسي لجمع المعمومات الخاصة بأفراد مجتمع الدراسة حيث تم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة شملت( 20 عامل وعاملة) من اجل تطبيق المقياسين على الممرضين وللحصول على النتائج تم معالجة هذه البيانات بالأساليب الاحصائية ا لمناسبة. كانت نتائج الد راسة المتوصل اليها من خلال الجانب التطبيقي : تحققت لانو لا يوجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين القلق والاستقرار النفسي لدى عمال الصحة العمومية . وليس هناك فروق بين الجنسين في مستوى القلق، بينما توجد فروق دالة بين الجنسين في مستوى الاستقرار النفسي لصالح الذكور. |
| Description: | The current study aimed to the anxiety of moving from training to work and psychological health among workers in the study sample according to the variables of sex and its relationship to psychological stability among public health workers and how it affects the mental health of the study sample ,and to know the differences that are attributed to the gender variable in the professional institutions of the study sample so that it takes place this study is in the state of TIARET in the year 2021/2022 for the hospital institution for public health . Where it relied on a set of methodological procedures necessary by our approach to the descriptive approach and the use of the questionnaire to collected information about the members of the study community , where the sample was chosen and to obtain the results , this data was processed using statistical methods and in a sample random way that included (20 male and female workers) in order to apply the questionnaire to the nurses so that the results of the study reached that no correlation between the anxiety of transition from training and to work the results of the study were from the practical side: It was achieved because there is no statistically significant correlation between anxiety and psychological stability among public health workers . There are no gender differenses in the level of anxiety , while there are statistically single differences between the sexes the state of psychological stability. |
