| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التكفل النفسي بالمصابات بالسرطان أثناء إستخدام العلاج الطبي وللتحقق من ذلك تمت صياغة السؤال التالي: ما هو واقع التكفل النفسي بالمصابات بالسرطان أثناء إستخدام العلاج الطبي؟ و للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة قمنا باختيار حالات الدراسة التي تكونت من أربعة حالات اخترناها بطريقة قصدية اللواتي وافقن على إجراء الدراسة بمستشفى تصفية الدم وأمراض الكلى في مصلحة الأورام السرطانية، اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج العيادي وتطبيق أدوات الدراسة المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة والملاحظة العيادية، فقد تحققت الفرضيات التالية : 1.للأسرة دور كبير في التكفل بالمصابات بالسرطان أثناء إستخدام العلاج الطبي. 2. للطاقم الطبي دور كبير في التكفل بالمصابات بالسرطان إستخدام أثناء العلاج الطبي. 3. للأخصائي النفسي دور كبير في التكفل بالمصابات بالسرطان أثناء إستخدام العلاج الطبي. 4 . للجمعيات دور كبير في التكفل بالمصابات بالسرطان أثناء إستخدام العلاج الطبي. تحققت الفرضيات الثلاثة الأولى مع جميع الحالات إلا الفرضية الأخ يرة تحققت فقط مع الحالة الأولى والثالثة. فتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تكفل نفسي بالمصابات بالسرطان أثناء إستخدام العلاج الطبي وعليه نق ترح مزيدا من الإهتمام أكثر بعامل التكفل النفسي بالمصابات بالسرطان وتوسيعه إلى خدمات إرشادية تشمل حتى أسر المرضى وزيادة مراكز و جمعيات تتكفل بهذه الفئة وإجراء أبحاث خاصة في هذا الموضوع. |
| Description: | This study aimed to identify the reality of the psychological care of cancer patients during use the medical treatment, and to verify this, the following question was formulated: What is the reality of psychological care for cancer patients while using medical treatment? In order to answer the study question, we chose the study cases consisting of four cases that we intentionally chose (who agreed to conduct the study) in the Hemodialysis and Kidney Hospital of cancer tumor department. This study relied on the clinical approach and application of study tools, semi-directed clinical interview and clinical observation. The following hypotheses were met: 1- The family plays a major role in the care of cancer patients during use the medical treatment. 2- Medical personnel play a major role in caring for cancer patients during use the medical treatment. 3 The psychologist plays a major role in the care of cancer patients during use the medical treatment. 4 – Associations play a major role in the care of cancer patients during use the medical treatment . The first three hypotheses were verified with all cases, while the last hypothesis was only verified with the first and the study concluded that there is psychological support for women with cancer during medical treatment. Accordingly, we suggest paying more attention to the factor of psychological management of cancer and extending it to counseling services that even include the families of patients, to increase centers and specials on this subject Associations dealing with this category and to carry out research. |
