| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الموسومة بعنوان صورة الجسم وعلاقتها ببعض الخصائص النفسية لدى - النساء المصابات بالسرطان إلى تعريف مرض السرطان وأنواع وطرق علاجه كما هدفت إلى تعريف صورة الجسم ومدى أهميتها لدى المرأة حيث تمحورت دراستنا على أن المرأة المصابة بالسرطان تعاني من تشوه في صورة الجسم سلبية حيث تنجم عنها بعض المتغيرات النفسية مثل القلق (قلق الموت) و الاكتئاب. حيث حددنا إشكالية هذه الد راسة في التساؤل التالي: كيف يمكن أن تكون صورة الجسم للنساء المصابات بالسرطان؟ قمنا بوضع فرضيات، الفرضية الرئيسية تقول : تكون صورة الجسم لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان مشوهة. - في حين تمثلت الفرضيات الفرعية في : تؤدي صورة الجسم لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان إلى ظهور أعراض الاكتئاب. - تؤدي صورة الجسم لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان إلى ظهور أعراض القلق (قلق - الموت). توصلنا للنتائج أن صورة الجسمية للنساء المصابات تكون مشوهة وبالتالي تؤدي إلى بعض الخصائص النفسية كالاكتئاب والقلق. تم الاعتماد على حالتين بمستشفى بلخوجة صالح نور الدين ، اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي الذي يعتمد على د راسة الحالة،باستخدام المقابلة العيادية والمقابلة نصف الموجهة،والملاحظة وعلى المقاييس التالية مقياس صورة الجسم لأحمد محمد النوبي، ومقياس القلق الموت ومقياس بيك للاكتئاب. وبعد إجراء المقابلات تم توصيل للنتائج التالية: تكون صورة الجسم لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان مشوهة وقد تحققت هذه الفرضية العامة. تؤدي صورة الجسم إلى ظهور أعراض الاكتئاب،تحققت . - تؤدي صورة الجسم لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان الى ظهور أعراض القلق (قلق الموت).تحققت فرضيات الفرعية. |
| Description: | The study entitled the body and its Relationship to some psychological characteristics of women with can car to define the cancer disease its types and its treatment effective methods the study also aimed to define the body and its Importance to women. The study focused on the fact that a woman who suffers from a negative distortion in the body image, that results in some psychological variables such anxiety death anxiety, and total depression. In this study, we identified the following research question <haw can the body’s image seen by the women suffering from cancer?> We, as researchers, made several hypotheses says: the body’s image, of women with cancer, is always distorted .while the sub hypotheses were: The body’s image for women with cancer lrrds to the emergence symptoms of depression. The body’s image for women with cancer Leeds to the emergence of symptoms of death anxiety. The studys result concluded that physical image of women with cancer is distorted and thus leeals to some psychological characterists sech as depression and anxiety we relied on two cases from belkhoja salah noreddine hospital, we relied on the chemical approach that depends on the case study using the chemical interview, the semi directed interview, observation, and onthefollowng scales: -Body’s image scale of Ahmed Mohamed Nooby, the death anxiety and the scale of depression of Bik. After conducting the interviews, the following conclusions were achieved: The body’s image of women with cancer is distorted and these general hypotheses have been attuned and checked. - The body’s image leads to the emergence of depression symptoms. -the body’s image leads to the emergence of death anxiety. |
