| Abstract: | حاولنا من خلال دراستنا تبين دور الثقافة التنظيمية في أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية، من خلال إجراء الدراسة الميدانية في مؤسسة نفطال بولاية" تيارت"، مسلطين الضوء على معرفة مستوى أداء داخل المؤسسة ومعرفة دور أدوات التحكم وميكانيزمات الثقافة في رفع مستوى الأداء، معتمدين في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت عيينة في 90 موظف، تم جمع المعلومات عن طريق توزيع استبيان، ولتحليله اعتمدنا على برامج الحزمة وقد توصلت دراستنا إلى مجموعة من الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية من النتائج : - أن للثقافة تنظيمية دور في أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية. - مستوى الأداء مرتفع في المؤسسة الاقتصادية . أن لمكانيزمات الثقافة وأدوات تحكم دور في رفع أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية. |
| Description: | Through our study, we tried to show the role of organizational culture in the performance of the economic organization , through conducting the study at Naftal company in the "Tiaret" city, we shed light on knowing the level of performance within the organization, and the role of control tools and mechanisms of culture in raising the level of performance. In our study, we relied on the Analytical descriptive approach of a sample of 90 employees was collected by distributing a questionnaire, and for its analysis we relied on the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSSv20) programs. Our study reached a set of results: -organizational culture has a role in the performance of the economic company. -The level of performance is high in the company. -The mechanisms of culture and control tools have a role in raising the performance of the company. |
