dc.description	The study aimed to know the subject of the characteristics of a good university professor, so we relied on the descriptive approach by applying the scale of the good professor to its owner Ahmed Falouh (2012), which consists of 63 items on 4 dimensions of the professional, social and personal dimension on a sample of students of the Department of Social Sciences at Ibn Khaldoun University Tiaret. The number of 157 male and female students was randomly tested. After statistical processing of the data using spss, we found: - 1The professors of the Department of Social Sciences at Ibn Khaldun University are characterized by professional, social and personal characteristics from the students’ point of view, with a degree above average. - 2There are no statistically significant differences in the level of estimation of the characteristics of a good Hami professor from the students' point of view due to the gender variable. - 3There are no statistically significant differences in the level of estimation of the characteristics of a good Hami professor from the students' point of view due to the variable of specialization.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة موضوع خصائص الأستاذ الجامعي الجيد، حبث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي من خلال تطبيق مقياس الاستاذ الجيد لصاحبه أحمد فلوح ( 2012 ) و المكون من 63 فقرة على 4 أبعاد البعد المهني و الاجتماعي و الشخصي على عينة من طلبة قسم العلوم الإجتماعية بجامعة ابن خلدون تيارت بلغ عددها 157 طالب و طالبة اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية، بعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات بستخدام spss توصلنا إلى: -2 يتصف أساتذة قسم العلوم الإجتماعية بجامعة ابن خلدون بخصائص مهنية و اجتماعية و شخصية من وجهة نظر الطلبة بدرجة فوق المتوسط . 3- لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى تقدير خصائص الأستاذ الحامعي الجيد من وجهة نظر الطلبة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. -3 لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى تقدير خصائص الأستاذ الحامعي الجيد من وجهة نظر الطلبة تعزى لمتغير التخصص.	en_US
