| Résumé: | هدفت دراستنا إلى تقيم المهارات المرنة في إدارة تسيير المواارد ابشررةة والمتمثلة في: )مهارة ابتوااصل، مهارة حل المركلات، المهارة الرقمية ومهارة إدارة ابواقت ( بدى عمال الإدارة ابعم وامية بلصحة الجواارةة لمسترفى ابن سينا بفرندة ولاةة تيارت حيث هدفت دراستنا إلى : - معرفة مستوى المهارات المرنة لدى مستخدمي الإدارة العمومية. - معرفة مستوى مهارة ابتّوااصل لدى مستخدمي الإدارة العمومية. - معرفة مستوى حل المشكلات لدى مستخدمي الإدارة العمومية. - معرفة مستوى مهارة إدارة ابواقت بدى مستخدمي الإدارة العمومية. - معرفة مستوى المهارات الرقمية بدى مستخدمي الإدارة العمومية. وقد استعملنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلوامات على عينة من عمال المستشفى وتوصلنا إلى النتائج االتالية : مستوى مهارة حل مشكلات مرتفع لدى عمال الإدارة العمومية لمستشفى ابن سينا. مستوى مهارة إدارة ابواقت مرتفع لدى عمال الإدارة العمومية لمستشفى ابن سينا. مستوى مهارة التواصل مرتفع لدى عمال الإدارة العمومية لمستشفى ابن سينا. مستوى المهارة الرقمية مرتفع لدى عمال الإدارة العمومية لمستشفى ابن سينا. |
| Description: | Our study aims to define a concept that evaluates skills in human resources management and highlights the importance of the following skills (communication skill, problem solving skill, digital skill and time management skill) according to the psychology perspective and to highlight the relationship between the types of skills assessment of public administration workers at the neighbourhood health hospital Ibn Senna Franda State Tiart where our study aims to: - Knowledge of the skill level of public administration users. - Knowledge of the high level of communication skill of public administration users. - Know the high level of problem solving among public administration users. - Know the skill level of time management is high among public administration users. - Knowledge of the high level of digital skills of public administration users. We have used the questionnaire as a tool to gather information on a sample of hospital workers and have reached the following results: The skill level to solve high problems among the public administration workers of Ibn Sina Hospital. The skill level of time management is high and high among the public administration workers of Ibn Sina Hospital. The level of communication skill is high and high among the public administration workers of Ibn Sina Hospital. The digital skill level is high among the public administration workers of Ibn Sina Hospital. |
