| Abstract: | في بحثنا ىذا تناولنا تقدير الذات و علاقته بنجاح المقاول و قد استخدمنا مقياس كوبر سميث و المقابلة لنجاح المقاول و قد شملت عينة الدراسة 30 مقاول في الدراسة الأساسية ، و 35 مقاول في االمقابلة ، و قد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي في دراستنا ، و من خلال التركيز على تقدير الذات و نجاح المقاول و الوصول الى هدفنا هذا قمنا بتوصل الي النتائج الدراسة التالية : - مستوى تقدير الذات لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى نجاح المقول تبعا للمتغير مستوى التعليمي لصالح خرجي الجامعات. |
| Description: | Our scale has been used successfully, the study sample has 30 sample companies, 35 companies, and considering the standard model, 16 companies, curricula, educational curricula, self-esteem and contractor success, and our goal to our goal is to reach the following results: Self-esteem level - There are no statistically significant differences in the contractor's success level for the educational level variable in favor of university graduates. |
