dc.description	The study aimed to identify the psychological structure of a person with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). We started from the following problem: What kind of psychological structure does a person with obsessive-compulsive disorder have? To ascertain the validity of the hypothesis, we relied on the clinical curriculum With various tools (clinical observation, interview, case study) and the Arabic scale of OCD for diagnosis, and then applied the Rorschach test to two cases at the level of the Hamdani Adda mental hospital of tiaret . After analysing and interpreting the results of the Rorschach test, we found that the psychological structure of a person with obsessive-compulsive disorder is neurological.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة البنية النفسية عند المصاب باضطراب الوسواس القهري حيث انطلقنا من الاشكالية التالية :ما نوع البنية النفسية عند المصاب باضطراب الوسواس القهري و للإجابة عن هذا التساؤل تم صياغة الفرضية التالية : البنية النفسية عند المصاب بالوسواس القهري عصابية . للتأكد من صحة الفرضية اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي بمختلف أدواته (الملاحظة العيادية ،المقابلة ،دراسة حالة) والمقياس العربي للوسواس القهري للتشخيص ثم طبقنا اختبار الرورشاخ على حالتين تتابعان على مستوى مستشفى الامراض العقلية حمداني عدة -ولاية تيارت- . بعد تحليل و تفسير نتائج إختبار الرورشاخ تبين لنا ان البنية النفسية عند المصاب باضطراب الوسواس القهري عصابية.	en_US
