| Abstract: | يعتبر موضوع السياسات الاقتصادية من أهم انشغالات متخذي القرارات في الدول المتقدمة و النامية وذلك للاعتقاد السائد بأن السياسات هي المحدد الرئيسي للنمو و التنمية غير أن تقييم نتائج هذه السياسات بين في كثير من الحالات أنها لم تساهم في عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية خصوصا في الدول العربية، لذلك ظهرت الحاجة إلى تحديد أهداف أخرى للتنمية و اعتماد سياسات أخرى تركز على رأس المال البشري، و ظهر ما سمي بأهداف الألفية للتنمية، وقد اعتمدت معظم الدول العربية هذه الأهداف أو بعضها كأهداف التنمية و من بينها الجزائر ا ولتي خصصت لجانب التنمية البشرية 45,42 % من إجمالي برنامجها للاستثمارات العمومية للفترة 2010 -2014 . تهدف هاته المذكرة إلى تقييم أولي لمدى قدرة السياسات الاقتصادية المطبقة بالجزائر في تحقيق تنمية بشرية في ضوء الأهداف الإنمائية لألفية المتبناة من طرف الأمم المتحدة والمحدد آجالها بحلول عام 2015. |
| Description: | Economy Policies is one of the major decision makers' preoccupations both in the developed and the developing countries due to the common perception that those policies are the principal determiner for development , but the evaluation of these policies' results manifested in many cases that they didn't contribute to ameliorate the economic development especially in the Arab countries. As a result, the identification of other development objectives has become a required need as well as focusing on the human aspect , thus, the Millennium Development Goals emerged. Most or some of Millennium Development Goals has been adopted by most Arab countries. , including Algeria, which devoted 45.42% of the 2010-2014 Total Public Investment Program to this issue. This graduation note aims to preliminary asses to what extent the applied economic policies in Algeria has achieved human development as concerned with the Millennium Development Goals adopted by the United Nations by the beginning of 2015. |
