dc.description	This study aims to analyze the impact of the quality of institutions on the attractiveness of foreign direct investment to Algeria during the period from 2001-2021, despite the many measures adopted by the public authorities to enhance the business environment and climate in recent years, the volume of foreign direct investment flows is still weak, as the quality of institutions It plays a key role in the attractiveness of foreign direct investment to Algeria and is a major determinant of decision-making for foreign investors, Through the study, we reached important results, the most important of which are: Algeria, like other developing countries, has gone through many difficult economic and political conditions that deepened its need for external financing to reach self-growth. The financing of economic development cannot depend primarily and permanently on external resources, but must depend on domestic resources in the first place, bearing in mind that external resources act as a complement and not as a substitute for domestic resources.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدا هده الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر نوعية المؤسسات على جالبية الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الى الجزائر خلال الفترة 2001-2021 فرغم التدابير الكثيرة التي تبنتها السلطات العمومية لتعزيز بيئة ومناخ الأعمال في السنوات الأخيرة فلا زال حجم تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ضعيف حيث أن نوعية المؤسسات تلعب دورا أساسيا في جالبية الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى الجزائر وتعد محدد رئيسي لاتخال القرار لدى المستثمرين الأجانب وقد توصلنا من خلال الدراسة إلى نتائج هامة أبرزها أن الجزائر غيرها من الدول النامية قد مرت بالعديد من الظروف الاقتصادية والسياسية الصعبة التي عمقت حاجتها للتمويل الخارجي للوصول إلى النمو الذاتي إن تمويل التنمية الاقتصادية لا يمكن أن يعتمد بصفة أساسية ودائمة على الموارد الخارجية بل يجب أن يعتمد على الموارد المحلية في المقام الأول مع الأخد بعين الاعتبار أن الموارد الخارجية تعمل وسيلة مكملة وليس بديلة عن الموارد المحلية.	en_US
