dc.description.abstract	تمثل الأسواق المالية أداة أساسية من أدوات النمو الاقتصادي لما لها من أثر إيجابي على النشاط الاقتصادي، وقد أكدت العديد من الدراسات الحديثة عن العلاقة التي تربط أسواق المال بالتنمية الاقتصادية وذلك من خلال قيامها بالعديد من الوظائف كتعبئة المدخرات وتمويل النشا ط الإنتاجي وزياد ة حجم الإستثمارت وغيرها، ويعتبر سوق المال أداة هامة في توفير وتقديم المال للأنشطة المختلفة وذلك من خلال الدور الأساسي لكل المؤسسات المالية والتي تكمل وظائفها في توجيهها لتلبية احتياجات التمويل لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية.	en_US
