| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2014 -2019 ، والتحقق من مدى تحسن مؤشرات التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر لهذه الفترة، بالاعتماد على معامل هيرشمان - هرفيندال لقياس مدى تنويع الاقتصاد الوطني فيما يخص المؤشرات الاقتصادية المختلفة التي تعكس اداء الاقتصاد وهي: الصادرات، الواردات، إيرادات الموازنة العامة والهيكل الانتاجي، وبعد القيام بحساب معامل هيرشمان - هرفيندال خلصت الدراسة الى عدم تحسن مؤشرات التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر بالشكل المقبول والمرجو تحقيقه، وان اقتصاديات الدول المبنية على مورد واحد وهو النفط كالاقتصاد الجزائري يجب أن يتخلص من التبعية المطلقة للبترول كم و رد أساسي للتنمية الاقتصادية، وتتبنى التنويع الاقتصادي كسياسة تنموية تستهدف الانتقال التدريجي من التركيز على مورد واحد إلى التنويع في الايرادات وذلك بغية التطور والتقدم إلى اقتصاد ارقى وتحقيق معدلات نمو جيدة في شتى القطاعات والسعي إلى الافضل دائما. |
| Description: | This study aims to shed light on the economic diversification policy in Algeria during the period 2014-2019, and verify the extent to which indicators of economic diversification in Algeria have improved for this period, based on the Hirschman-Herfindel coefficient to measure the extent of diversification of the national economy with regard to the various economic indicators that reflect the performance The economy is: exports, imports, revenues of the general budget and the production structure. And it is hoped to achieve, and that the economies of countries based on one resource, which is oil, such as the Algerian economy, must get rid of the absolute dependence on oil as a basic modality for economic development, and adopt economic diversification as a development policy aimed at gradual transition from focusing on one resource to diversifying in revenues, in order to develop and progress to A better economy, achieving good growth rates in various sectors, and always striving for the best. |
