| Résumé: | سعت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بولاية تيارت، كما تبحث عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمصادر الضغوط المهنية لدلى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بولاية تيارت، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأنه مناسب لهذه الدراسة وفيما يخص أداة جمع البيانات والمعلومات تم بناء استبيان متعلق بالضغوط المهنية وتم تطبيقه على عينة التي بلغ حجمها 60 أستاذ وأسلوب إحصائي لعينتين مستقلتين، وبعد عرض النتائج ضوء الدراسات السابقة باستخدام البرنامج (T) مستخدم اختبار الإحصائي. توصلنا إلى النتائج : مستوى مرتفع في الضغط المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي بولاية تيارت حيث أنها صنفت بترتيب حسب استجابة أساتذة التعليم الابتدائية و هي الضغوط النفسية و طبيعة العمل ثم تليها الضغوط المادية والفيزيقية ثمتليها الضغوط الاجتماعية و العلائقية ثم تليها الضغوط الاجتماعية و العلائقية . |
| Description: | This study sought to reveal the sources of professional stress among primary education professors in the state of Tiaret and to look for statistically significant differences in the sources of professional pressure for primary school teachers in the state of Tiaret, The analytical descriptive curriculum was relied upon because it is suitable for this study. In terms of the data and information collection tool, a professional stress questionnaire was built and applied to a sample of 60 professors and a statistical method test user. (T) for two separate samples, after presenting the results in the light of previous studies using the statistical programme. We have reached the results: A high level of professional pressure among primary education professors in the state of Tiaret, as it is classified according to the response of primary education professors, namely psychological stresses and the nature of work, followed by physical and physical pressures, followed by social and relational pressures. |
