dc.description	This study aims to identify the impact of applying the principles of total quality management in Algerian banks, we studied a field study at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (BADR) and the National Bank of Algeria (BNA). It then relied mainly on a questionnaire form involving 45 individuals, which dealt with the main axes of the study, and after the collection of the data and their entry into the computer, its authenticity, stabilization factor and statistically processing using the statistical package (SPSS) were ascertained. The findings found that most Algerian banks adopt a comprehensive quality management method, and more recently. The most important recommendation of the study is the duty to pay more attention to staff upgrading through training and training courses, and their awareness of the importance of applying the principles of comprehensive quality management	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق مبادئ إدارة ابعودة الشاملة في البنوك الجزائرية ,حيث قمنا بدراسة دراسة ميدانية في بنك الفلاحة و التنمية الريفية BADR و البنك الوطني الجزائري BNA ,حيث ثم الاعتماد بصفة رئيسية على استمارة استبيان شملت خمسة واربعون فرد، تناولت المحاور الرئيسية للدراسة، وبعد عملية بصع البيانات ثم إدخالها إلى الحاسوب و تم التأكد من صدقها ومعامل ثباتها ومعابعتها إحصائيا باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية ( SPSS ). حيث توصلت النتائج إلى أن البنوك الجزائرية معظمها تتبنى أسلوب إدارة الجودة الشاملة، وبصفة حديثة. و أهم توصية توصلت بها الدراسة هي واجب الاهتمام أكثر برفع مستوى الموظفين من خلال دورات التكوين والتدريب، ومدى إدراكهم بأهمية تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة.	en_US
