dc.description	The research in the current topic aims to study the topic of the role of electronic cards in improving economic services and revealing its importance by studying the literature of this topic in light of the successive and renewable technological developments that coincided with the efforts made by the Algerian state to improve and upgrade electronic commerce on the one hand and facilitate commercial transactions on the other hand. Modern technological technologies have played a prominent role in developing the performance of the electronic economy. On the other hand, this can only be achieved within the framework of cooperation between all sectors, including the banking and service sector, which is an important link in promoting e-commerce by activating its role in the development of modern electronic payment methods	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يهدف البحث في الموضوع الحالي إلى دراسة موضوع دور ية البطاقات الإلكترون ية في تحسين الخدمات الإقتصاد والكشف عن أهميتها وذلك بدراسة أدبيات هذا الموضو في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية المتلاحقة والمتجددة والتي تزامنت والجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة الجزائرية لتحسين وترقية التجارة الإلكترونية من جهة وتسهيل المعاملات التجارية من جهة ثانية. فلقد كان للتقنيات التكنولوجية الحديثة دورا بارزا في تطوير أدء الإقتصاد الالكتروني. لكن في المقابل لا يمكن أن يتحقق ذلك إلا في إطار تعاون بين جميع القطاعات بما في ذلك القطاع المصرفي والخدمات الذي يعتبر حلقة مهمة في ترقية التجارة الإلكترونية عبر تفعيل دوره في تطوير وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية الحديث.	en_US
