| dc.description | This inquiry aimed to know the factors affecting the performance of banks in the competitiveness of the algerian banking sector . In order to reach the target of the inquiry , which is to know the influencing factors that affect the performance of banks and their reflection on their competitiveness ; we conducted an analytival study of some indicators ; including indicators of the solvency of the algerian banking sector ; the liquidity ratio of the banking sector ; indicators of bank profitability in addition to indicators of activity of algerian banks under inquiry were improving their performance through achieving high interests and good use of the funds available to them. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العوامل المؤثرة على أداء البنوك في تنافسية القطاع المصرفي الجزائري، ولقد ركزنا في هذه الدراسة على البنوك العمومية الجزائرية بصفة عامة، حيث تعرفنا على مؤشرات الأداء و التنافسية في البنوك و على بعض العوامل المؤثرة عليها . ومن أجل الوصول إلى هدف الدراسة الذي هو معرفة العوامل المؤثرة أي التي تؤثر على أداء البنوك و إنعكاسها على تنافسيتها، قمنا بدراسة تحليلية لبعض المؤشرات منها : مؤشرات ملاءة القطاع المصرفي الجزائري، نسبة سيولة القطاع المصرفي، مؤشرات مردودية المصارف بالإضافة إلى مؤشرات النشاط للبنوك الجزائرية. وقد أظهرت النتائج المتوصل إليها أن البنوك العمومية الجزائرية محل الدراسة كان أدائهم يتحسن من خلال تحقيق فوائد مرتفعة والتوظيف الجيد للأموال المتاحة لديها. | en_US |
