dc.description	Through the theoretical and applied study of this subject it became clear that total quality management is of paramount importance in the contemporary economy as it is he most important modern concepts and one of the successful means in achieving the highest leveels of quality for many institutions throgh the proper application of their standards after the leberalization of trade between countries and the abolition of customs restriction and all formes if proteccion of national products as well as concept of competitive advantzge and its relationship to total quality management in the agency under study of the national savings and reserve fund bank and based on the analysis of information obtained from it the study concluded that the concerned banking agency gas achieved a competitive advantage as a result of the application of some concepts total Quality Management.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	من خلال الدراسة النظرية و التطبيقية لهذا الموضوع، إتضح أن لإدارة الجودة الشاملة أهمية قصوى في الإقتصاد المعاصر، فهي تعد أهم المفاهيم الحديثة و أحد الوسائل الناجحة في تحقيق العديد من المؤسسات أعلى درجات الجودة، من خلال تطبيق معاييرها بشكل سليم، و ذلك بعد تحرير التجارة بين الدول و إلغاء القيود الجمركيةو كل أشكال الحماية للمنتجات الوطنية، كما تم التعرف على مفهوم الميزة التنافسية و علاقتها بإدارة الجودة الشاملة في الوكالة محل الدراس ة لبنك الصندوق الوطني للتوفير و الإحتياط، و بالإعتماد على تحليل المعلومات المتحصل عليها مما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الوكالة البنكية المعنية قد حققت الميزة التنافسية نتيجة تطبيقها لبعض مفاهيم إدارة الجودة الشاملة.	en_US
