| Résumé: | تتناول الدراسة موضوع المكتبات العمومية و دورها في تحقيق مبادئ التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر ان ان التنمية المستدامة من اهم المواضيع التي تحظى باهتمام كبير في عصرنا الحالي و كون المكتبات العمومية اساس بناء اي مجتمع مثقف وواعي فكان لابد من الوقوف على واقع المكتبات العمومية في الجزائرو معرفة مدى تحقيقها لاهداف التنمية المستدامة التي تم التطرق اليها في خطة الامم المتحدة لعام 2030 و حاولنا الاجابة على الاشكالية التي كان مفادها كيف تساهم المكتبات العمومية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال وظائفها ونشاطاتها . جاءت الدراسة في شق نظري يتكون من 3 فصول و شق تطبيقي تمثل في دراسة ميدانية على مستوى المكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية محمد الميلي بتيارت حيث شملت الدراسة عينة قصدية من الموظفين و خلصت الدراسة الى ان المكتبة تسهاهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال حفظ التراث و تنمية قدرات الفرد و تشجيعه على الابتكار و كفالة الحق للجميع للوصول الى المعلومات اضافة الى مساهمة المكتبة في دعم حق المراة و حماية البيئة .و يتجلى ذلك من خلال الانشطة و الخدمات التي تقديمها لكل فئات المجتمع . |
| Description: | The study deals with the issue of public libraries and their role in achieving sustainable development goals in Algeria. As sustainable development is one of the most important topics of great interest in our time, and public libraries are the basis for building any educated and conscious society. It was necessary to know the reality of public libraries in Algeria and to know the extent to which they achieve the goals of sustainable development that were addressed in the United Nations 2030 Agenda. In this study, we tried to answer the problem that was: How do public libraries contribute to achieving sustainable development goals through their functions and activities. Where this study was divided into two parts, the first theoretical and in turn divided into three chapters, and the second applied, which pertains to the field study that was in the main library of public reading, Mohamed Al-Mili, in the Wilayat of Tiaret. This is based on the descriptive analytical method, and a deliberate study sample represented by three library employees of both sexes. Finally, we reached a set of results that show that public libraries achieve the sustainable development goals of preserving heritage, developing individual capabilities, encouraging innovation and ensuring the right of everyone to access information, in addition to preserving women’s rights, protecting the environment and other goals, in an indirect way. Through its activities and services provided to all segments of society, especially people of determination. |
