dc.description	The study aimed to know the direct and indirect impact of tacit knowledge on strategic decisions in light of ensuring the quality of higher education. The questionnaire was used to obtain the study data, and the path analysis methodology was used in the partial least squares method (PLSPM) to analyze the study data, and the most important findings of the study were the presence of an indirect effect of tacit knowledge in strategic decisions in the presence of an intermediate variable that is quality assurance, and the study recommended working on developing The tacit knowledge to ensure the quality of services provided by the university to ensure the quality of services provided by the university, which is reflected positively on the strategic decisions.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الأثر المباشر و الغير المباشر للمعرفة الضمنية في القرارات الإستراتيجية في ظل ضمان جودة التعليم العالي، و كان مجتمع الدراسة كلية العلوم الإقتصادية و التجارية و علوم التسيير لجامعة ابن خلدون، بتيارت ، و تم سحب عينة قصدية عددها 107 موظف، تم استخدام الإستبيان للحصول على بيانات الدراسة، و تم استخدام منهجية تحليل المسار بطريقة الم ربعات الصغرى الجزئية PLSPM لتحليل بيانات الدراسة، و أهم ماتوصلت إليه الدراسة وجود أثر غير مباشر للمعرفة الضمنية في القرارات الإستراتيجية في ظل وجود متغير وسيط هو ضمان الجودة، و أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تطوير المعرفة الضمنية لضما جودة الخدمات المقدمة من قبل الجامعة لضمان جودة الخدمات المقدمة من قبل الجامعة مما ينعكس إيجابا على القرارات الإستراتيجية.	en_US
