dc.description	Business incubators are considered among the active economic sectors as a sponsor product for emerging institutions in business organizations seeking growth, development and integration of the global economy, according to the business incubator system with advanced technology compatible with the needs of the business environment. In light of this proposition, we seek through this memorandum to determine the impact of the technology business incubator on the development of emerging enterprises through sponsorship (growth and incubation) and development through development in them, which will lead to determining the requirements for activating the technology business incubator partnership in its economic environment, which means accompanying outputs Technology business incubators for economic and societal needs. The problem of this research will be addressed from a statistical perspective, through which we address the reality of Algerian technological business incubators, and then the role and support that technology business incubators play and their impact on the development and development of emerging institutions. Finally, determining the requirements for activating a partnership between the technology business incubator and emerging institutions.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعتبر حاضنات الأعمال من القطاعات الفاعلة الإقتصاديةبإعتبارها منتجا راعيا للمؤسسات الناشئة في منظمات الأعمال الساعية للنمو و التطور و إندماج الإقتصاد العالمي و هذا طبقا لمنظومة حاضنة الأعمال ذات تكنولوجيا المتطورة المتوافقة مع إحتياجات بيئة الأعمال. في ضوءهذا الطرح نسعى من خلال هذه المذكرة إلى الوقوف على مدى تأثير حاضنة الأعمال التكنولوجية لتنمية المؤسسات الناشئة من خلال الرعاية (النمو و احتضان) و التطوير فيها من خلال التطوير فيها مما سيؤدي إلى تحديد متطلبات تفعيل شراكة حاضنة الأعمال التكنولوجية بمحيطها الإقتصادي فيما يعني مرافقة مخرجات حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية لإحتياجات إقتصادية و مجتمعية . سيتم معالجة إشكالية هذا البحث من منضور إحصائي نتناول من خلاله واقع حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية الجزائرية ،ثم الدور و الدعم الذي تلعبه حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية و أثرها على تنمية و تطوير المؤسسات الناشئة ختاما تحديد متطلبات تفعيل شراكة بين حاضنة الأعمال التكنولوجية و المؤسسات الناشئة .	en_US
