| Abstract: | نجم عن تقدم تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال وانتشار شبكة الإنترنت بروز تأثيرات عديدة على العمل الإداري، والتي دفعت نحو التحول من أشكال الادارة التقليدية ومعاملاتها الى الادارة الالكترونية التي ترتكز على التطور التكنولوجي والدعلوماتي، فالبعد التكنولوجي قائم بحد ذاتو على الإمكانات الدتميزة للإنترنت وبالتالي التحول نحو السرعة في الاداء والتميز في الخدمات والدعاملات، وتهدف دراستنا الى معرفة مدى اعتماد البنوك عامة والبنوك الجزائرية متمثلة في البنك الوطني الجزائري لزل دراستنا على الإدارة الالكترونية وماهي الخدمات الالكترونية التي تقدمها وعلى أنظمتها الادارية الالكترونية التي تعمل بها بالإضافة إلى معرفة إلى اي حد يواكب البنك الوطني الجزائري تطور الادارة الالكترونية. |
| Description: | The advancement of information and communication technology and the proliferation of the Internet have resulted in many impacts on administrative work which has driven the transition from traditional forms of management and its transactions to electronic management based on technological and information development, The technological dimension is itself based on the distinct potential of the Internet and thus the shift towards speed in performance and excellence in services and transactions Our study aims to determine the extent to which public banks and Algerian banks, as represented by the Algerian National Bank, have been studying e-governance, what electronic services they provide and what electronic administrative systems they operate, as well as to what extent the Algerian National Bank keeps pace with the development of e-governance. |
