| Résumé: | تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة الى دور حاضنات الأعمال في دعم المؤسسات المصغرة في الجزائر، وانطلقنا من سؤال رئيسي كيف تساهم حاضنات الأعمال في تنمية ودعم المؤسسات المصغرة في الجزائر؟ وهدفت هذه الدراسة الى توضيح مفاهيم أساسية حول حاضنات الأعمال والمؤسسات المصغرة، والى الخدمات التي تقدمها مع ابراز الدور الرئيسي لحاضنات الأعمال في ترقية المؤسسات الناشئة المصغرة في الجزائر نظرا لاعتبار حاضنات الأعمال او مشاتل المؤسسات اول داعم أساسي لهذه المؤسسات والتي تحتضنها من بداية مشوارها الى غاية تخرجها منها. كما توصلت دراستنا الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها ان حاضنات الاعمال تلعب دورا مهما في ترقية الاقتصاد الوطني، وهذا من خلال استثمار الافكار الريادية الناجحة، وتحويلها الى مشاريع اقتصادية، وان اهم المعايير المساهمة في نجاح حاضنات الاعمال هو تمويل المؤسسات المحتضنة، نظرا لاحتياج هذه الاخيرة الى التمويل كما توصلنا خاصة الى ان حاضنات الاعمال في الجزائر تواجه عدة مشاكل منها مشكل العقار، بحيث ان الحاضنة وكأي مؤسسة اقتصادية تحتاج الى العقار لاقامتها. |
| Description: | In this study, we touched on the role of business incubators in supporting mini institutions in Algeria, and we set out from a major question: How do business incubators contribute to the development and support of mini institutions in Algeria? This study aimed to clarify basic concepts about business incubators and mini institutions, and to the services, it provides while highlighting the main role of business incubators in the promotion of mini -emerging institutions in Algeria. Given that, institutions, which embraces them from the beginning of their career until their graduation. Our study also reached a set of results, the most important of which is that business incubators play a very important role in the promotion of the national economy, and this is through investing successful entrepreneurial ideas and turning them into economic projects, and that the most important criteria contributing to the success of business incubators is the financing of embraced institutions, given the need for the latter to Funding. We also concluded, especially that business incubators in Algeria face several problems, including the problem of the property, so that the incubator and any economic institution needs the property to establish it. |
