dc.description	What we conclude from our study "Strategic Management of Human Resources" is that the strategic management of human resources provides a framework that links people management and development practices with long-term business goals and results, and it focuses on issues of long-term resource provision in the context of the organization's goals and the evolving nature of work, as it teaches Other HR strategies, such as reward or performance, and outlining how to integrate them into the overall business strategy. So the strategic management of human resources is important, because people are the most valuable assets in any organization because they contribute individually and collectively to achieving goals. dc.description.abstract	ما نستخصله من دراستنا "الإدارة الاستراتيجية للموارد البشرية" هو أنه توفر الادارة الاستراتيجية للموارد البشرية إطار عمل يربط بينٌ إدارة الأفراد وممارسات التنمية بأهداف ونتائج الأعمال طويلة الأجل، وهو يركز على قضايا توفير الموارد على المدى الطويل في سياق أهداف المنظمة والطبيعة المتطورة للعمل، كما تُعلم استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية الأخرى، مثل المكافأة أو الأداء، وتحدد كيفية دمجها في استراتيجية العمل الشاملة. إذن الإدارة الإستراتيجية للموارد البشرية مهمة، لأن الأشخاص هم الأصول الأكثر قيمة في أي منظمة لأنهم يساهمون بشكل فردي وبصاعي في تحقيق الأهداف.	en_US
