| dc.description | The study aims to identify ddigital repositories and the ways in which they are created and their types, while mentioning the most important services they provide, especially in light of the widespread and rapid spread of intellectual productions witnessed in the academic arena consistent with electronic publishing and calling for the availability of digital information without restrictions or barriers. There is no doubt that university libraries have been quick to establish and design their own digital repositories that organize and provide their digital sources to serve researchers and beneficiaries, and due to the importance of the topic we discussed the study of the digital repository of Ibn Khaldoun University in Tiaret through its role in organizing digital entities and its access by the staff of the Central University, which falls on them, and through our field study we had to distribute questionnaire forms to a group of employees and professionals of the Central Library of Ibn Khaldoun University ,Estimated at 15 out of 25 staff members.The study found respect for the criteria for establishment and methods of placement by employees, as well as the possibility of browsing comprehensively and accurately with loading by beneficiaries while respecting intellectual property and copyright, We also found that the repository is not inclusive on the diversity of sources and digital assets due to the recent creation ofthe digital repository. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على المستودعات الرقمية و طرق انشائها و انواعها مع ذكر اهم الخدمات التي تقدمها خاصة في ظل الانتشار الواسع و السريع للانتاجات الفكرية التي تشهدها الساحة الاكاديمية تزامنا و النشر الالكتروني و المناداة باتاحة المعلومات الرقمية باعتبارها موردا اساسيا وضروريا لشتى مناحي الحياة و مما لاشكل ان المكتبات الجامعية قد سارعت الى تصميم و انشاء مستودعات رقمية خاصة بها تنظم و تتيح من خلاله مصادرها الرقمية خاصة بعد تعميم التكنولوجيات الحديثة و تطور التقنيات الخاصة بالبرامج و التي سهلت عملية ضبط المصادر الرقمية و اتاحتها على الانترنيت في الاوساط الاكاديمية داخل المؤسسات و خارجها خدمة للباحثين و المستفدين و نظرا لاهمية الموضوع تطرقنا الى المستودع الرقمي لجامعة ابن خلدون من خلال دوره في تنظيم الكيانات الرقمية و اتاحتها من قبل موظفي الجامعة المركزية التي تقع على عاتقهم هذه المهمة و من خلال دراستنا الميدانية توجب علينا توزيع استمارات استبانة على مجموعة من مهني و موظفي المكتبة المركزية لجامعة تيارت حيث قدر عددهم ب15 موظف من اصل 25 موظف و توصلت الدراسة الى احترام المعايير الخاصة بالانشاء و طرق الايداع من قبل العاملين و كذا امكانية التصفح بشمولية و دقة مع التحميل من قبل المستفدين مع مراعاة احترام المكلية الفكرية و حقوق المؤلفين كما بينت الدراسة عدم شمولية المستودع على تنوع المصادر و الاصول الرقمية و يرجع ذلك الى حداثة انشاء المستودع الرقمي | en_US |
