| Résumé: | نظرية لومبروزو نقطة تحول في علم الإجرام حيث ربطت بين السمات البيولوجية والسلوك الإجرامي ، وطرحت مفهوم المجرم بالفطرة ، اثرت هذه النظرية في تطوير الطب الشرعي والأنثروبولوجيا الجنائية ، واسهمت في اعتماد المنهج العلمي لتحليل شخصية الجاني ، رغم الانتقادات شكلت منطلقا لمقاربات تدمج بين العوامل البيولوجية والنفسية والاجتماعية، وقد اسهمت في توسيع نطاق فهم الجريمة من مجرد فعل الى تحليل دوافع الفاعل ، ولا تزال بعض تطبيقاتها حاضرة في التحليل الجنائي الحديث ، لذلك تحتفظ هذه النظرية بقيمتها التاريخية والعلمية رغم تجاوز بعض مفاهيمها. |
| Description: | Lombroso's theory marked a turning point in criminology, as it linked biological traits to criminal behavior and introduced the concept of the "born criminal." This theory influenced the development of forensic medicine and criminal anthropology, and contributed to the adoption of scientific methods in analyzing offenders. Despite criticisms, it served as a foundation for approaches combining biological, psychological, and social factors. It expanded the understanding of crime from mere acts to analyzing the motives of the perpetrator. Some of its applications still persist in modern criminal analysis. Therefore, the theory retains historical and scientific significance despite the limitations of some of its ideas. |
