| Résumé: | يتّضح لنا مما سبق أن جريمتي الاتجار بالبشر والهجرة غير الشرعية من أبرز التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع الدولي في العصر الحديث، لما تنطويان عليه من تهديدات تمس أمن الدول واستقرارها. فالهجرة غير الشرعية، التي كانت في السابق تتم بحرية نسبية، أصبحت اليوم ظاهرة معقدة تتطلب ضبطًا قانونيًا وتنظيميًا. أما الاتجار بالبشر، فهو من أبشع الجرائم المنظمة التي تختلف صورها من دولة لأخرى، وتشمل استغلال النساء والأطفال في أعمال الدعارة أو لأغراض تجارية غير مشروعة كبيع الأعضاء. وتُمارس هذه الجرائم من قبل شبكات إجرامية تدر أرباحًا طائلة على حساب الكرامة الإنسانية، متسببة في معاناة جسدية ونفسية شديدة للضحايا. وتُصنّف هذه الجريمة كتهديد عابر للحدود، لما لها من آثار مدمّرة على الأمن الداخلي والنظام الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للدول. وقد أدرك المجتمع الدولي خطورتها، ما دفعه إلى تكثيف جهوده من خلال الاتفاقيات الدولية والإقليمية لمكافحتها والحد من انتشارها |
| Description: | It is clear from the above that human trafficking and illegal immigration are among the most significant challenges facing the international community in the modern era, due to the serious threats they pose to national security and stability. Illegal immigration, which in the past occurred with relative freedom, has now become a complex phenomenon requiring legal and regulatory control. On the other hand, human trafficking is considered one of the most heinous organized crimes, varying in form from one country to another, and often involving the exploitation of women and children in prostitution or for illicit purposes such as organ trade. These crimes are carried out by criminal networks that generate enormous profits at the expense of human dignity, causing severe physical and psychological harm to victims. Human trafficking is classified as a transnational threat due to its devastating impact on internal security, as well as on the social and economic systems of states. The international community has recognized the gravity of this issue, leading to increased efforts through international and regional agreements to combat and limit its spread. |
