dc.description	The study aimed to highlight the importance of judicial appeals in criminal matters, as one of the key guarantees provided by the Algerian legislator to ensure criminal justice and protect the rights of litigants. It examined both ordinary means of appeal (opposition and appeal) and extraordinary means (cassation and retrial), with a focus on the admissibility conditions, procedures, legal effects, and the competent judicial bodies. The research found that Algerian criminal procedure law provides a detailed legal framework for appeals. However, practical challenges persist, such as limited deadlines, procedural complexity, and a lack of legal training among some practitioners. The study concluded with recommendations for legislative reform and enhanced legal education to better implement appeal mechanisms and strengthen fair trial guarantees	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة الى ابراز اهمية طرق الطعن القضائية في المواد الجزائية ، باعتبارها من أهم الضمانات التي أقرها المشرع الجزائري لتحقيق العدالة الجنائية ، ولحماية حقوق المتقاضيين، وقد تناولت الدراسة الطرق العادية للطعن (المعارضة والاستئناف) وكذا الطرق غير العادية (الطعن بالنقض والتمس اعادة النظر) ، مع التركيز على شروط قبول كل وسيلة ، اجراءاتها، آثارها القانونية ، والجهات المختصة بالفصل فيها.	en_US
