| Résumé: | تكتسي جرائم الفساد اهمية بالغة بحكم تاثيرها المباشر على المال العام ، من اجل ذلك فان مكافحتها تحوز خصوصية في مرحلة الابحث والتحري، وهو ماسعى المشرع الجزائري الى اعتباره من خلال تحيين النص الخاص بالاجراءات الجزائية، وحرص على تجسيده من خلال تبني نظام اجرائي فعال بإعمال اساليب جديدة للمتابعة والتحقيق للحد من انتشار هذه الجرائم وشيوعها، باستحداث اجراءات خاصة للتحري عن الجرائم للوصول للجناة. |
| Description: | Corruption crimes are of great importance by virtue of their direct impact on public money. Therefore, combating them has a specificity in the research and investigation stage, which is what the Algerian legislator sought to consider by updating the text on criminal procedures, and was keen to embody it by adopting an effective procedural system by implementing new methods of follow-up and investigation to limit the spread and prevalence of these crimes, by developing special procedures for investigating crimes in order to reach the perpetrators. The legislator sought to establish substantive rules in combating corruption crimes by defining criminal behavior in Law No. 06-01, and then proceeded to establish procedural rules for following up those accused of corruption crimes by introducing procedures that did not exist in the Code of Criminal Procedures, by amending this text by Law No. 06-22, including controlled delivery and leakage, or interception of correspondence, recording sounds and taking pictures. The aim is to find the perpetrators and bring them to justice |
