Résumé:	انحلال الرابطة الزوجية في القانون الدولي الخاص يثير إشكالات معقدة عندما يتعلق الأمر بزواج يحمل عنصرًا أجنبياً، كاختلاف الجنسية أو الإقامة . يختلف تحديد القانون الواجب التطبيق تبعاً لطبيعة العلاقة والقانون المختص، مما يفرض معالجة دقيقة لمسائل التنازع بين القوانين. في الجزائر، يُعتمد على قانون الأسرة لكن مع مراعاة القواعد العامة في القانون الدولي الخاص، خصوصاً في مسائل الطلاق والبطلان وآثارهما. بالمقارنة مع القوانين الأجنبية، يتضح تباين في شروط الانحلال والاختصاص القضائي، ما يبرز الحاجة لتطوير آليات قانونية تضمن التوازن بين حماية الروابط الأسرية واحت ا رم الخصوصيات القانونية للدول
Description:	The dissolution of marriage in private international law raises complex issues when the marriage involves a foreign element, such as differences in nationality or residence. Determining the applicable law depends on the nature of the relationship and the competent legal system, which requires careful handling of conflict of laws. In Algeria, family law is applied, but with consideration of the general rules of private international law, especially regarding divorce, annulment, and their effects. Compared to foreign laws, there are clear differences in the conditions for dissolution and judicial jurisdiction, highlighting the need to develop legal mechanisms that balance the protection of family ties with respect for each state's legal particularities.
