| Résumé: | تتناول هذه الدراسة الإطار القانوني والمؤسساتي لحماية الملكية الفكرية والصناعية في بيئة الشركات التجارية بالحزائر مبرزة الدور المتزايد للاصول غير الملموسة كالعلامات التجارية والبراءات في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية، وقد قسمت الى جانب نظري يعرف المفاهيم ويبرز اهميتها وجانب تطبيقي يحلل التشريعات الجزائرية ودور كل من INAPI و ONDA. |
| Description: | This study addresses the legal and institutional framework for the protection of intellectual and industrial property in the context of commercial companies in Algeria, highlighting the growing role of intangible assets such as trademarks and patents in enhancing competitive advantage. It is divided into a theoretical section that defines key concepts and emphasizes their importance, and an applied section that analyzes Algerian legislation and the roles of INAPI and ONDA, in addition to the impact of international agreements such as TRIPS. The study concludes that while Algeria possesses a significant legal framework, practical challenges remain— particularly in terms of institutional coordination, awareness, and the cost of protection. |
