Résumé:	تتناول هذه الدراسة التنظيم القضائي للجهات القضائية العادية في الجزائر من منظور هيكلي وبشري ، يتناول الفصل الاول التنظيم الهيكلي للقضاء العادي، حيث يعرض الأجهزة القضائية المختلفة بدءا من المحاكم الابتدائية ، مرورا بالمجالس القضائية وصولا الى المحكمة العليا بالاضافة الى الجهات القضائية المتخصصة مثل محكمة الجنايات والجهات القضائية العسكرية ، والمحاكم التجارية المتخصصة
Description:	This study addresses the judicial organization of the ordinary judicial bodies in Algeria from both structural and human perspectives. The first chapter discusses the structural organization of the ordinary judiciary, presenting the various judicial bodies starting from the primary courts, passing through the judicial councils, and up to the Supreme Court. It also covers specialized judicial bodies such as the criminal court, military judicial authorities, and specialized commercial courts. This chapter highlights the importance of precise organization in the distribution of jurisdictions to ensure the effective administration of justice. The second chapter focuses on the human structure of the ordinary judiciary, detailing its composition across different judicial bodies, including judges, judicial officers, and assistants who form the backbone of the judiciary and ensure the proper conduct of judicial procedures. The chapter also examines the role of judicial officers and assistants in supporting the judicial system and enhancing its efficiency.
