dc.description	The judicial system includes a set of legal rules governing the judiciary in general. It is divided into two systems: the unified judicial system and the dual judicial system. Defining the nature of the judicial system between the two concepts of dual unity is not a straightforward matter, especially since the Algerian legislature, after independence, specifically in 1965, adopted the 1996 Constitution, which announced the adoption of the dual system. The legislature worked to enshrine it. As a result of the division that occurred, it was necessary to implement a legal change consistent with the duality. A set of laws was enacted to regulate the jurisdiction of the state and administrative courts. However, these efforts remain incomplete compared to what is being followed with the ordinary judiciary. One of the most important axes of the constitutional amendment that took place in 2020 was the establishment of administrative courts of appeal, which required comprehensive judicial reform by amending the most important laws regulating the administrative judiciary. The year 2022 embodied all of this with the aim of achieving the principle of two-tier litigation with simpler procedures according to a judicial system consistent with the structures of the ordinary judiciary.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يشمل التنظيم القضائي مجموعة القواعد القانونية المنظمة للسلطة القضائية بشكل عام وينقسم الى نظامين هما القضائي الموحد والتنظيم القضائي المزدوج ، ان تحديد طبيعة التنظيم القضائي بين فكرتين الوحدة الازدواجية ، ليست الامر السهل خاصة ان المشرع الجزائري يبعد الاستقلال وبالضبط سنة 1965 تبنى صدور دستور 1996 حيث تم الاعلان لتبني نظام الازدواجية وعمل المشرع على تكريسها.	en_US
