| Résumé: | ان الارتفاع المتزايد لساكنة العالم ومصاحبته بارتفاع ملموس في المستوى المعيشي التي عرفتها مختلف مناطق العالم ادى الى ظهور وتراكم كميات كبيرة من المخلفات ونفايات البناء والهدم ، خاصة تلك التي لا تقبل التحلل في الطبيعة ، حيث اقر المشرع الجزائري مبادئ أساسية متعلقة بالتسيير المستدام لنفايات البناء والهدم وحماية البيئة. |
| Description: | The increasing global population, coupled with a significant rise in the standard of living experienced in various regions of the world, has led to the emergence and accumulation of large quantities of waste and construction and demolition waste, particularly that which is non-degradable in nature. Algerian legislators have established basic principles related to the sustainable management of construction and demolition waste and environmental protection. |
