dc.description	The Algerian legislator has paid great attention to the consumer's right to information and has adopted a set of laws that guarantee consumer protection and impose a commitment to information to protect the consumer's will, security, and safety. The legislator has recognized the consumer's right to information as an important guarantee for achieving this protection by informing and enlightening them with all information related to the product or service. The Algerian legislator has established several legal means that enable the intervener to fulfill their obligation to inform in the consumer contract. Failure by the intervener to inform results in legal penalties, both administrative and civil, including criminal penalties for perpetrators of crimes that harm the consumer	en_US
dc.description.abstract	أولى المشرع الجزائري اهتماما بالغا بحق المستهلك في الإعلام وعمد على توفير مجموعة من القوانين تكفل حمايته وتفرض الالتزام بالإعلام لحماية إرادة المستهلك وأمنه وسلامته حيث أقر حق المستهلك في الإعلام كضمانة مهمة لأجل تحقيق تلك الحماية من خلال إعلامه وتنويره بكافة المعلومات المتعلقة بالسلعة والخدمة، وقد وضع المشرع الجزائري عدة وسائل قانونية تمكن المتدخل من تنفيذ التزامه بالإعلام في عقد الاستهلاك، فإن إخلال المتدخل بالالتزام بإعلام يترتب عنه جزاء قانوني متمثلا في الجانب الإداري والجانب المدني أيضا اتخاذ الجزاء الجنائي على مرتكبي الجرائم المضرة بالمستهلك	en_US
