Abstract:	شهد المغرب الأوسط خلال العصر الوسيط انتشارًا واسعًا للأمراض، تعود أسبابها إلى عاملين رئيسيين: العوامل الطبيعية والتدخلات البشرية. وقد خلّفت هذه الأمراض آثارًا متباينة، سلبية وإيجابية، انعكست على مختلف جوانب الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. في هذا السياق، تنوعت أساليب العلاج بين الطب الشعبي، والطب العلمي، والطب الروحاني، إلى جانب ممارسات وقائية أخرى. كما برز عدد من العلماء والأطباء والصيادلة في المغرب الأوسط، أظهروا كفاءة عالية في مجالي الطب والصيدلة، وأسهموا من خلال مؤلفاتهم العلمية والطبية في إثراء الحضارة الطبية في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي.
Description:	During the Middle Ages, the Middle Maghreb experienced a widespread prevalence of diseases, primarily attributed to two key factors: natural conditions and human interventions. These epidemics produced a range of consequences both negative and positive that impacted various dimensions of social and economic life. In response, therapeutic approaches diversified, encompassing folk medicine, scientific medicine, and spiritual healing, alongside other preventive practices. A number of distinguished scholars, physicians, and pharmacists emerged in the Central Maghreb, demonstrating notable expertise in medicine and pharmacy. Through their scientific and medical writings, they played a significant role in enriching the medical heritage of the Islamic Maghreb.
