| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى كشف أثر التحفيزات الجبائية التي تقدمها الدولة عبر مختلف الاجراءات والقوانين التشريعية والتنظيمية في دعم نشاط المؤسسات المصغرة ومدى مساهمتها في استمرارية ونمو المؤسسة، حيث توصلت الدراسة الى اهتمام الدولة الجزائرية بالمؤسسات المصغرة حيث اصبح يعول عليها لاحداث قفزة نوعية في الاقتصاد من خلال وضع اطر قانونية وتنظيمية ، بالاضافة الى انشاء العديد من الهيئات والوكالات من اجل توفير بيئة ملائمة لدعم نشاط المؤسسات المصغرة وتمويلها. |
| Description: | This study aims to reveal the impact of the tax incentives provided by the state through various legislative and regulatory procedures and laws in supporting the activity of microenterprises and the extent of their contribution to the continuity and growth of the institution. The study found that the Algerian state's interest in microenterprises has become reliable to make a qualitative leap in the economy through the development of legal and regulatory frameworks, in addition to the establishment of many bodies and agencies in order to provide an appropriate environment to support the activity of microenterprises and their financing. The fiscal incentives used in various forms have a great impact in supporting the activity of microenterprises in Algeria and directing them towards sectors and regions to be upgraded, as they reduce financial burdens, improve their cash liquidity and enhance their profitability in addition to increasing their competitiveness |
