dc.description	The rapid advancement of technology has led to the emergence of modern payment methods that have become a fundamental pillar in improving the quality of services provided across various sectors, especially the postal sector. Algeria Post is among the institutions that have adopted these methods as part of its efforts to modernize its services and achieve customer satisfaction. It has introduced services such as the Gold Card, the Baridi Mob application, Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), and Electronic Payment Terminals (TPE), aiming to facilitate transactions and reduce the time and effort required for postal and financial operations. This study aims to highlight the role of modern payment methods in enhancing the quality of postal services through an applied case study of the Algeria Post unit in Tiaret, as a model that reflects the practical implementation of these tools in the field. The findings indicate that the integration of modern payment methods has significantly contributed to improving the customer experience and reducing pressure on post office counters. However, technical and human challenges still hinder the full utilization of these tools, which calls for continued efforts to develop the infrastructure and promote digital literacy among both users and employees	en_US
dc.description.abstract	نتج عن التطور السريع في التكنولوجيا الى استحداث وسائل دفع حديثة أصبحت تشكل ركيزة أساسية في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة في مختلف القطاعات، وعلى رأسها قطاع البريد، وتعد مؤسسة بريد الجزائر من بين المؤسسات التي تبنّت هذه الوسائل في إطار سعيها نحو عصرنة خدماتها وتحقيق رضا الزبائن، حيث أدخلت خدمات مثل البطاقة الذهبية، وتطبيق بريدي موب، الشبابيك البنكية الآلية GAB وأجهزة الدفع الإلكتروني (TPE) بهدف تسهيل المعاملات وتقليص الوقت والجهد المبذول في العمليات البريدية والمالية	en_US
